About Our Foundation
Foundation 33 is a federally recognized Non-Profit 501(c)(3).
Foundation 33 is not a mental health provider but is committed to supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges and suicide.

OUr Staff & Volunteers
The founder’s of Foundation33 include Allan’s children, Dylan and Nikki, his niece Alex Smolinsky, and two very close friends Hayley Giamberini and Patrick Doran.
OUr HIStory
After Allan passed, we wanted to find a way to help people affected by the aftermath of a suicide. We’ve formed a team of motivated individuals with the common goal of finding light-hearted, fun ways to raise funds to support those in need; also to raise awareness to aid in the prevention of suicide
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide relief and support to the victims impacted by suicide and struggling in the presence of tragedy; to include the families, communities, and first responders. We are geared towards being active in community outreach efforts to educate, increase awareness and reduce stigmas associated with mental health in order to prevent suicide.
